We are proud of the hard work that the children and teachers do here at Fleet. Many of our children come in well below age expected levels in terms of their development and by the time they leave us they've made good progress and in general are in line with national expectations and ready for the challenge of secondary school as confident and enthusiastic learners.
As a highly inclusive, 1 form entry school, we have the highest expectations and aspirations for all our children. The nature of small sample sizes and high levels of special needs, deprivation and children for whom English is an adittional language mean we can occasionally see fluctuations from a year group to another in terms of outcomes for a given chohort when there may be an unusually large number of children with a particular need or a year group with few additonal needs. Also, being an inner London school, we can often see high levels of mobility - for example in the 2023-24 cohort, over 30% of the children assessed at the end of Year 6 joined the school after Year 5.
End of KS2 Data for 2022-23 and 2023-24 and 2024-25 is included below for your information both at the expected level and at the greater depth. As you can see we consitently outperfom National in most areas.
